On February 5, the 19.125 million shares previously pledged to the Hong Kong Garden Branch of Qingdao Bank by Jinwang were released from pledge due to early repayment by Jinwang Group. At the same time, Jinwang Transport will continue to pledge 3.06 million shares for the guarantee of Jinwang Group's existing loans. After this pledge is completed, Jinwang Transport has pledged a total of 118 million shares, accounting for 17.1096% of the total share capital. The shares due for pledge in the next year are 11.9 million, corresponding to a financing balance of 100 million yuan, and Jinwang Group has the ability to repay.
