Foreign investors net sold $3.4 billion worth of South Korean Kospi index component stocks, reaching a record high.

Data shows that on Thursday, foreign investors net sold a record high value of 4.99 trillion Korean won of stocks in the Korean Kospi index. Institutional investors also net sold 2.07 trillion Korean won of Kospi index component stocks. The Korean Kospi index closed down 3.9% on Thursday.
