Sheng Xin Lithium Energy: Wholly-owned subsidiary Shengtun Lithium Industry plans to acquire 13.93% equity of Huirong Mining for 1.26 billion yuan.

Shengxin Lithium Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shengtun Lithium, plans to acquire a 13.93% stake in Yajiang County Huirong Mining Co., Ltd. held by Xiamen Chuangyi Shengtun New Energy Industry Investment Partnership Enterprise for RMB 1.26 billion in cash. After the completion of this transaction, the company will have 100% ownership of Huirong Mining Co.
