Starting from March 1, 2026, Beike will adjust the rules relating to the circulation of platform talents. They will cancel the related conditions for agents in terms of time, region, brand, and fees. This means that agents can leave their original store within the platform and transfer their operational resources and platform rights to a new store according to their own career development needs.
