On February 4th, Han Wenxiu, the deputy director in charge of daily work at the Central Finance Office and director of the Central Agricultural Office, said at a press conference at the State Council Information Office that this year's No. 1 central document has made specific arrangements for "implementing normalized precise assistance", and various supporting policies are also being developed and implemented. Han Wenxiu stated that integrating normalized assistance into the overall implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, key aspects of work include dynamic management of assistance recipients, emphasizing precise and efficient assistance methods, hierarchical attention to assisted areas, and maintaining overall stability of assistance policies. Han Wenxiu emphasized that assistance policies should maintain overall stability, without making sudden changes or sudden stops in fiscal investment, financial support, resource allocation, etc., and maintaining the scale of central fiscal assistance funds, as well as stable levels of investment from provincial and municipal levels.
