Yilian Technology announced that shareholder Changjiang Morning Road, holding 6.1759 million shares, intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.8283 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading within 3 months after the announcement, representing 2.00% of the company's total share capital, and the reduction price shall not be lower than the issue price.
