Changyou Technology Announcement: Wholly-owned subsidiary Changzhou Zhaogeng New Materials Co., Ltd. has signed a "Core Material Procurement Cooperation Agreement" with Far East Energy Limited. The agreement is valid from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2028, with an estimated procurement amount of approximately 949 million yuan over three years. The agreement stipulates that all core material orders issued by Party B during the term of the agreement shall be subject to this agreement, and prices shall follow the agreement pricing plan and shall not increase. In terms of breach of contract, if Party B violates the agreement, Party A has the right to demand payment of a penalty equal to 20% of the total cooperation amount from the previous year for both parties.
