ST Mei Valley announced that the company has been added as a defendant by Jinghan Holdings and Tianhan in a contract dispute involving the Hanjiang Industrial Equity Investment Fund Limited Partnership in Xiangyang City, with an amount of approximately 44,277,800 yuan. The plaintiff requested Jinghan Holdings to repurchase its 4.5946% equity stake in Hubei Jinhuan Green Fiber, paying a repurchase amount of 42.67 million yuan and penalty fees. Tian Han has joint liability. Because Aoyuan Mei Valley had promised to undertake the repurchase obligation, Jinghan Holdings and Tianhan applied to add them as defendants. The first trial of the case has not yet been held, the judgment result is uncertain, and the impact on performance is pending.
