Friendly Group announced that the company has signed a "Lease Contract" with Xinjiang Shenglixingda International Trade Co., Ltd., leasing its own commercial property with a total area of 4,871 square meters located on Jiefang South Road, Urumqi, Xinjiang to the latter for a period of 10 years, with a total rent of 38.0305 million yuan. The transaction has been approved at the 20th interim meeting of the tenth board of directors of the company, without the need for approval by the shareholders' meeting. Shenglixingda Company plans to join to open a high-end hotel and "YO + Friendly Life" convenience store. This transaction is priced 35% higher than previous income, with an annual increase of 1.01 million yuan, which will increase the company's asset income.
