Suwen Electric announced on February 2nd that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sibel Power Investment Co., Ltd., as a limited partner, jointly invested in the establishment of Changzhou Liren Entrepreneurial Investment Partnership Enterprise with Changzhou Lizhong Investment Management Co., Ltd., with a total subscribed capital of 68.5 million yuan. Sibel Power subscribed 5 million yuan, accounting for 7.2993% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership enterprise. The main investment directions of the partnership enterprise are smart detection services and high-end equipment, robots and artificial intelligence, and smart energy.
