Hunan Provincial Party Secretary Shen Xiaoming held talks with Chen Dexin, Chairman of China Minmetals Corporation.

According to Hunan Daily News, on January 31st, Shen Xiaoming, Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, Maom Weiming, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, met with Chen Dexin, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of China Minmetals Corporation, and Zhu Kebing, General Manager, in Changsha. After the meeting, both parties unveiled the National Technology Innovation Center for the Efficient Development of Strategic Rare Metal Mines, China Minmetals Hunan Metal Mining Co., Ltd., and China Minmetals Group Technology Co., Ltd.
