According to the announcement by Zhujiang Development, as of the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, the company has a total of 440 residential, public building, and sports venue projects under management, with a contracted construction area of approximately 533.134 million square meters. Among them, there are 144 residential projects with a construction area of about 205.746 million square meters; 261 public building projects with a construction area of about 293.810 million square meters; and 35 sports venue projects with a construction area of about 33.578 million square meters. In the fourth quarter of 2025, new sports venues added include the Beijing Tongzhou Urban Sports Center, and the Xiaogan Olympic Sports Center, with a construction area of approximately 25.96 million square meters.
