According to the Enterprise Check app, recently, Zhongjin Songyuan Gold Smelting Co., Ltd. in Song County, Henan Province has undergone a business change, with its registered capital increasing from 300 million to approximately 7.29 billion, an increase of about 143.14%. According to Enterprise Check, Zhongjin Songyuan Gold Smelting Co., Ltd. was established in December 2008, with Zhang Jianyuan as its legal representative, and is wholly owned by Zhongjin Gold.
