According to the "Pudong Press", the scale of offshore trade in Pudong New Area will break through one trillion US dollars for the first time in 2025, reaching 1034.71 billion US dollars, accounting for 95.14% of the city's total. Starting from 424.77 billion US dollars in 2020, the average annual growth rate of Pudong's offshore trade scale during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period is about 20%, demonstrating the vibrant vitality of the core area of Shanghai International Trade Center.
