CICC International applied to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to list a $10 billion US dollar denominated guaranteed medium-term note program.

On January 22, China International Finance (International) Limited (referred to as "CICC International") announced that it had applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of a 10,000,000,000 US dollar guaranteed medium-term note program ("the Program"). The Program is issued by CICC Hong Kong Finance 2016 MTN Limited with unconditional and irrevocable guarantees provided by CICC International, and a maintenance agreement provided by China International Finance Corporation Limited (referred to as "CICC").
