January 22: The "Wholesale Price Index of Agricultural Products" decreased by 0.03 points compared to yesterday.

According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on January 22, the "200 Index of Wholesale Prices of Agricultural Products" was 130.10, a decrease of 0.03 points from yesterday, and the "Basket of Vegetables" product wholesale price index was 132.98, a decrease of 0.04 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national agricultural wholesale market was 18.50 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday; beef was 65.79 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.2% from yesterday; mutton was 63.60 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.6% from yesterday; eggs were 8.27 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.9% from yesterday; and white strip chicken was 17.27 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.3% from yesterday. The average price of the 28 key monitored vegetables was 5.66 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday; and the average price of the 6 key monitored fruits was 7.93 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.7% from yesterday. Crucian carp was 19.31 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.2% from yesterday; carp was 13.73 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.1% from yesterday; white crucian carp was 10.48 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.4% from yesterday; and bighead carp was 42.65 yuan/kg, an increase of 2.7% from yesterday. Today, among the 46 varieties of fresh agricultural products monitored in the domestic wholesale market, the top five with the highest price increase compared to yesterday are pineapples, bighead carp, Kyoho grapes, oriental pears, and zucchini, with increases of 4.0%, 2.7%, 1.8%, 1.6%, and 1.3% respectively; while the top five with the highest price decreases are lettuce, white radish, cauliflower, leeks, and celery, with decreases of 5.2%, 3.4%, 1.4%, 1.0%, and 0.9% respectively.
