The pledgee is Citic Securities, with the pledge starting on May 31, 2023, and the release date on January 21, 2026. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Hui Bang Zhuo Yuan and its concerted actions Zhang Songshan, Zhang Yizhuo, and Zhao Danlin have pledged a total of 254 million shares, accounting for 46.80% of their holdings and 12.83% of the company's total share capital.
