According to the Enterprise Check APP, recently, Haixun Jiguang New Energy Automobile Parts Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes: manufacturing of automobile parts and accessories; wholesale of automobile accessories; retail of automobile accessories; and sales of electronic components and electromechanical component equipment. The equity penetration displayed by Enterprise Check shows that the company is wholly owned by Beijing Haina Chuan Automobile Parts Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd.
