French Trade Union: SocGen plans to lay off 1800 people in France by the end of 2027.

The French General Confederation of Labour stated on January 21 that Crdit Agricole plans to cut 1800 jobs in France by the end of 2027. The union said in a statement: "Management is convening unions to present them with a restructuring plan that will lead to the dismissal of 1800 people, and there is no specific support plan."
