The first batch of rice in China's emergency food aid project to Cuba has been delivered.
The first batch of emergency food aid from China to Cuba, which consisted of rice, was delivered on the 19th at the grain transfer warehouse of the Ministry of Domestic Trade in Cuba. Cuban Vice Premier and Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment Perez-Oliva, Minister of Domestic Trade Diaz, Deputy Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment Rivas, and Chinese Ambassador to Cuba Hua Xin attended the event. Perez-Oliva expressed at the ceremony that this batch of aid fully embodies the valuable help and profound friendship of China to Cuba.
