Apple's first foldable screen phone iPhone Fold will debut with the A20Pro chip, manufactured based on 2nm technology.

Analysts say that Apple's first foldable screen phone, the iPhone Fold, will be released in September this year, along with the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, all featuring the new A20 Pro chip. The A20 Pro chip will be manufactured using TSMC's new 2nm process, with a 15% performance improvement and 30% energy efficiency improvement compared to the A19 chip. It will also incorporate WMCM technology, allowing for the integration of memory with the CPU, GPU, and NPU on a single wafer, eliminating the need for a separate memory chip next to the main chip as in previous designs.
