The total cash injection is expected to be no more than RMB 3 billion, with the equity ownership of Jinko Solar Energy Limited being not more than 24.6771% after the capital increase. The funds raised will mainly be used for repaying financial debts or operational liabilities of Jinko Solar Energy Limited. The company will waive its preemptive rights to subscribe to this capital increase. After the completion of this capital increase, the company will directly and indirectly hold no less than 68.9419% of Jinko Solar Energy Limited's shares, and it will continue to be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
