Announcement from Nanling Technology: From November 24, 2025 to January 15, 2026, the controlling shareholder and actual controller Chen Shulin and Jiang Xiaoming reduced their shareholding in the company by a total of 5.471 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 2.9766% of the total share capital and 2.9999% after deducting repurchased shares. This is basically consistent with the previously disclosed reduction plan of up to 5.4711 million shares. The reduction plan has been fully implemented. After the reduction, the two individuals collectively hold 86.6576 million shares of the company, accounting for 47.1484% of the total share capital.
