The announcement of Meijiashincai stated that the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2026 will be held on January 29 at 14:40, chaired by Chairman WONG YIN YEE. The meeting will consider the proposal on the permanent supplement of working capital using part of the oversubscribed funds. The total amount of oversubscribed funds is 561 million yuan, and this time it is proposed to use 168 million yuan to permanently supplement working capital, accounting for 29.94% of the total oversubscribed funds, without violating relevant regulations. The company promises that the cumulative amount used within 12 months will not exceed 30% of the total oversubscribed funds. This proposal has been approved at the 21st meeting of the second session of the company's board of directors.
