On December 24, Hainan Development Holdings Limited signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Minsheng Bank in Beijing. According to the cooperation agreement, the two parties will focus on deepening cooperation in areas such as comprehensive credit services, bond financing services, fund management, and international settlement.
