Armed militants attacked multiple locations in Sudan's western region, resulting in over 200 deaths.

On December 27th, local time, the Sudanese grassroots organization "Sudan Doctors Network" issued a statement stating that recent attacks by armed groups in the regions of Anburo, Selba, and Abukumra in North Darfur state in western Sudan have resulted in the deaths of more than 200 civilians, including women and children.
