Explosions continue in the Ukrainian capital Kiev, with 11 people already injured in the attacks.

On December 27th local time, Kiev Mayor Klychko stated that the attack by the Russian army on Kiev had injured 11 people that day, and nearly one-third of the city's area is currently without heating. Ukraine's DTEK energy company reported that due to the Russian attack, Kiev has implemented emergency power cuts. Currently, the sound of explosions in Kiev is still ongoing.
