Recently, the registered capital of Guangzhou Kuaishou Small Loan Co., Ltd. has changed from 5 billion yuan to 10 billion yuan. Kuaishou Small Loan was established in January 2016 as a subsidiary of Huajiao Group, formerly known as Guangzhou Huajiao Small Loan Co., Ltd. In March 2024, the Guangzhou Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a reply approving Guangzhou Huajiao Small Loan Co., Ltd. to transfer 100% of its equity to Beijing Yunchi Technology Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Dajia Internet Technology, a shareholder of several Kuaishou companies. Just three months before the capital increase of Kuaishou Small Loan, Yunchi Technology had just completed a capital increase, with its registered capital increasing from 12.55 billion yuan to 22.55 billion yuan.
