Investigation Report on the "95" High-level Fall Accident at Vanke Yanming Lake Project in Xi'an: Hold accountable the relevant personnel and units responsible in accordance with the law.

The People's Government of Xi'an City stated that it agreed in principle with the accident investigation report submitted by the accident investigation team, as well as the analysis of the causes and responsibility for the accident. The "9.5" general high-altitude falling accident at the Vanke Yanming Lake Phase II project in Xi'an Chanba International Port was a production safety liability accident. They agreed with the handling suggestions for relevant responsible individuals and units proposed by the accident investigation team, and would prosecute the relevant responsible individuals and units in accordance with the law.
