Rapid expansion of individual pension insurance products

Since the beginning of this year, the individual pension insurance products have rapidly expanded. Data from the National Social Insurance Public Service Platform shows that as of December 26 this year, insurance companies have launched a total of 463 individual pension insurance products, an increase of 295 from the end of 2024. Experts interviewed said that the significant increase in the number of individual pension insurance products this year is mainly due to the long-term guarantee attributes of insurance products being well aligned with the needs of individual pension funds, the continuous launch of new products by insurance companies, and the continuous release of pension demands.
