The National Bureau of Statistics has released a public announcement soliciting opinions from society on the "Opinions on Cultivating Data Exchange Service Agencies to Accelerate the Marketization and Valorization of Data Elements".

To implement the relevant decision-making arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on fostering a national integrated data market, further clarify the functional positioning of data circulation service agencies, enhance the efficiency of data circulation and transaction services, and accelerate the prosperity of the data market, we have conducted research and drafted the "Opinions on Cultivating Data Circulation Service Agencies to Accelerate the Marketization and Value-addition of Data Elements", and are now openly soliciting opinions from the society.
