The aerospace information announcement stated that the company intends to transfer 1.54% equity of Aerospace Science and Technology Finance Co., Ltd. held by its controlling shareholder, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited, at a transaction price of 138 million yuan. At the same time, the company intends to waive the pre-emptive right to purchase 2.01% equity of the financial company transferred by Aerospace Technology Holdings Group Co., Ltd. to Science and Industry Corporation. After this transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold any equity in the financial company.
