Siles Notice: Xiangkang Holdings and concerted parties hold 467 million shares, accounting for 26.79%; from December 11 to December 25, 2025, 10 million, 26 million, 13 million, and 35 million shares were released from pledge, with the remaining pledged shares of 4.6 million, accounting for 0.99% of its holdings, and 0.26% of the company. At the same time, 35 million shares were transferred to the "Xiangkang Holdings-Hongta Securities-25 Kang 01EB Guarantee and Trust Property Special Account" and "Xiangkang Holdings-Hongta Securities-25 Kang 02EB Guarantee and Trust Property Special Account", each 17.5 million shares. Xiangkang Holdings currently holds 401 million shares, accounting for 22.99%, of which 366 million shares are held directly, accounting for 20.98%, and 2.01% are held through guarantee and trust accounts.
