On December 26th, the 18th meeting of the ninth board of directors agreed to increase the donation budget for 2025 to 616,000 yuan. Among this, Yitong Teki Company has a budget of 416,000 yuan, including a donation of 6,000 yuan for "Women Helping Students" and 200,000 yuan for assisting disadvantaged groups; Zhejiang Jiaogong Group will donate 200,000 yuan to Jiangshan City Sports Association. This donation does not require shareholder approval, does not involve related transactions or major asset restructuring, and will not have a significant impact on the company's finance and operations.
