The company plans to distribute cash dividends of 0.55 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders based on a total share capital of 12.642 billion shares as of September 30, 2025, totaling 695 million yuan, without bonus shares or capital increase. The equity registration date is January 6, 2026, and the ex-dividend date is January 7, 2026. The A-share cash dividends entrusted to be distributed by the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation will be credited to shareholders' accounts on January 7, and some cash dividends will be distributed by the company itself.
