Midea Group: Fu Yongjun resigned from the position of Vice President due to personal reasons.

Midea Group announced on December 26th that the company recently received a written resignation report from its Vice President Fu Yongjun. Fu Yongjun applied to resign from the position of Vice President for personal reasons. After resigning, Fu Yongjun will not hold any other position in the company. Fu Yongjun's resignation will be effective from December 26, 2025.
