Silk Road Vision (300556.SZ) intends to sell part of its equity in the joint venture company Ruiyun Technology.

Wisdom Finance and Economics APP News, Silk Road Vision (300556.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Saint Flag Cloud Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Saint Flag Cloud Network") intends to sell a portion of its equity in Shenzhen Ruiyun Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ruiyun Technology"). Saint Flag Cloud Network plans to transfer its 8.5% equity stake in Ruiyun Technology to Jin Xiangyu Duolu number for 52.7 million yuan. After the transfer is completed, Saint Flag Cloud Network will hold 5.06408% of the equity in Ruiyun Technology.
