Tiankang: Appointing Zheng Ruihan and Lin Zili as deputy general managers of the company.

On December 26, Taien Kang announced that the twelfth meeting of the fifth Board of Directors approved the appointment of Zheng Ruihan as the Deputy General Manager of the company and the appointment of Lin Zili as the Deputy General Manager. Zheng Ruihan was appointed as the Deputy General Manager of the company to assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, while Lin Zili was appointed as the Deputy General Manager to oversee the General Administration Department, Business Department, Quality Management Department, and other departments. The terms of appointment for Zheng Ruihan and Lin Zili shall start from the date of the Board's approval and last until the end of the term of the fifth Board of Directors.
