Anke Bio: Elects new chairman Song Lihua

Anke Bio announced that the company held the first meeting of the ninth board of directors on December 26, 2025, electing Mr. Song Lihua as the chairman. Ms. Zhou Yuanyuan and Mr. Song Liming were elected as vice chairmen. The meeting also determined the members of the various specialized committees of the board of directors and appointed a new team of senior management personnel. Ms. Zhao Hui was appointed as the acting CEO, Mr. Li Kun as the board secretary, and Mr. Hu Chenghao as the Chief Financial Officer. The board of directors believes that the newly appointed senior management personnel meet the requirements of the relevant laws, regulations, and company articles of association.
