Qichacha APP shows that recently, Shanghai Yingrui Tongchuang Cinema Management Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Shuna as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. Its business scope includes: film screening; food sales; commercial performances; operation of performance venues; catering services; and liquor sales. Qichacha equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Shanghai Port Group's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Port Group Ruitai Development Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Film.
