Nopexin announced on September 9, 2025 that the actual controller Lu Baiqiang and his concerted action parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 30 million shares, accounting for no more than 2.98% of the total shares of the company. On December 23-24, 2025, Lu Baiqiang and his concerted action party Nopexin Holdings reduced their holdings by 10.51 million shares through block trading, accounting for 1% of the total share capital. After this equity change, their total shareholding decreased to 331.714039 million shares, accounting for 33% of the total share capital, but did not result in a change in control of the company, and the reduction complied with relevant regulations.
