Chen Shuping appointed as Acting Mayor of Chengdu City.

On December 25th, the 20th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 18th People's Congress of Chengdu City decided to appoint Chen Shuping as the Deputy Mayor of Chengdu City and as the Acting Mayor of Chengdu City.
