CSRC Huang Jianshan: In the first 11 months, supported the IPOs of 4 companies along the Western Land-Sea New Channel, supported over 300 mergers and acquisitions of listed companies along the channel.

Huang Jianshan, Deputy Director of the Bond Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, stated at a press conference on December 25th regarding the acceleration of financial support for the construction of the Western Land-Sea New Channel, that in the first 11 months of this year, the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges have supported the initial public offerings of 4 companies along the channel, raising nearly 7 billion yuan in funds; supported the refinancing of 17 companies listed along the channel, raising nearly 25 billion yuan in funds; supported over 300 mergers and reorganizations of companies listed along the channel, effectively supporting the construction of the Western Land-Sea New Channel and the economic development of the surrounding areas.
