Jingye Intelligent Announcement: On November 24, 2025, the company received a notification from CNNC PuYuan regarding the free transfer of Jingye Intelligent shares to China Baoyuan. It is agreed that CNNC PuYuan will transfer 9.27 million shares held by the company to China Baoyuan Limited. After this free transfer, China Baoyuan will directly hold 9.27 million shares of the company, and CNNC PuYuan will no longer hold any shares of the company. On December 25, 2025, the company received a notification from China Baoyuan that the share transfer procedures of Jingye Intelligent have been completed. CNNC PuYuan and China Baoyuan have completed the free transfer of shares as stipulated in the agreement, and have obtained the "Confirmation of Securities Transfer and Registration" issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. The transfer date of the shares is December 24, 2025.
