Yesterday, the User Committee of the Major Science and Technology Infrastructure "Manned Submersibles and Offshore Wellboat" of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Sanya released the annual application status of the three major manned submersibles in China in 2025 and the preliminary plan for 2026. According to statistics, in 2025, the "Jiaolong" manned submersible is expected to dive 93 times. As of December 20 this year, the "Deep Sea Warrior" has dived 106 times, and the "Striver" has dived 115 times. Combining the three major manned submersibles, China is expected to complete 314 manned deep dives in 2025, and the application level of manned submersibles in China continues to improve.
