According to the Tianyancha App, recently, the patent application for "Vehicle Collision Avoidance Control Method and Control Device, Vehicle, and Storage Medium" by BYD Company Limited has been published. The abstract shows that the vehicle collision avoidance control method is used for vehicles, and includes controlling the vehicle's wheels to avoid collision by controlling the vehicle's motor when it is determined that the vehicle meets collision avoidance conditions based on the vehicle's perception information. In this control method, when the vehicle meets collision avoidance conditions, each motor can be controlled to allocate torque to multiple wheels to perform collision avoidance operations, thereby avoiding the need for the vehicle to control the steering wheel for collision avoidance operations and, to some extent, improving the success rate of vehicle collision avoidance while avoiding the problem of the steering wheel being snatched.
