Sifang Jingchuang announced in the morning of December 25 that the company submitted an application to issue H shares and list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 24, 2025. The application materials for this issuance and listing were also published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on the same day.
