The three major US stock indices closed higher, with S&P hitting a new high.

On Wednesday, the U.S. stock market closed early with all three major indexes up. The Dow Jones rose 0.6%, the Nasdaq rose 0.2%, and the S&P rose 0.3%. Nvidia and Google saw slight declines, while Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, and Broadcom saw slight gains. Tesla experienced a slight decline, Nike rose more than 4%, and Apple CEO Tim Cook increased his holdings in the company's stock.
