On December 24th, the Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the State Post Bureau, Zhao Chongjiu, led a team to Tangshan City, Hebei Province to investigate the development of the industry and the party construction work of the express delivery industry. He emphasized the need to conscientiously implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, accurately grasp the development trend of the industry, strengthen investigation and research, and promote high-quality development of the postal and express delivery industry. During the investigation, leaders of the Tangshan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government exchanged views with the research team on promoting the industry to better serve local economic and social development. Zhao Chongjiu and his team visited Bai Ming Supply Chain Co., Ltd., Phase Three of Shuanghu Jinyuan Maternity Station in Fengan District, and the village-level express delivery service station in Liugezhuang Village, Hancheng Town, Lubo District, to gain a detailed understanding of the construction of county-level express delivery service centers, the operation of community express delivery service stations, and the delivery situation in villages. He emphasized the need to further improve the rural postal logistics system, facilitate urban-rural economic circulation, serve county-level economic development, help rural areas better integrate into the national unified market, and meet the postal needs of the people for a better life. It is necessary to continue to rectify "internal competition," urge enterprises to strengthen network management, balance the interests of enterprise headquarters, franchisees, and front-line couriers, and strive to maintain the healthy and stable development of the industry.
