Sunshine Power: Partial completion and early termination of the share reduction plan for some directors and senior management personnel.

Canadian Solar announced that the company has received notifications from Gu Yilei, Deng Dejun, and Wang Lei regarding the completion of their share reduction plans, as well as a notification from Mr. Wu Jiamao regarding the early termination of his share reduction plan. As of the date of this announcement, Gu Yilei, Deng Dejun, and Wang Lei have completed their reduction plans, while Wu Jiamao has decided to terminate his plan early and will not be reducing any more shares during the remaining period. Gu Yilei, Deng Dejun, and Wang Lei have reduced 157,500, 128,500, and 7,700 shares respectively, while Wu Jiamao has reduced 130,000 shares, leaving 1,200 shares remaining. Following this reduction, the shareholding of these individuals has decreased, but the company's control has not changed and will not impact its ongoing operations.
